Day 7 of 30
I love it when a thought arises that is so out of sync with who you are and then you catch it!! Its a great big sigh of ease for me, and sometimes, and in this moment tickles my nose -like I'm about to sneeze, or cry, or laugh. I feel proud of myself right now. I'm helping myself. I'm letting it all go. I'm picking better feeling thoughts. I'm feeling better. I'm relaxing more. I'm loosening up. I'm trusting. And things are really going well for me. I spend more time in joy each day. And more time in calm and serenity too. I'm happy for myself.
