Completion!!!

I'm celebrating right now!
Its been a few years since I started and completed an art project.

I started and finished a picture for my sister for Christmas.  

In the past, I would become bothered by the imperfections and have trouble finishing a project.  Not this time!

YES!  I left the perfectionist part of me go!

I'm celebrating!

Perfection or EXCELLENCE

So great and congrats on the art project.  I will blog on this topic sometime as these two concepts are great contrasts. 

With perfection you are never done, it is never good enough and so the fun factor is gonzo. 

With excellence you are always happy with the result and there is no stress. 


My Coach Sam suggests we go for a C rather than an A all the time and find our life in better flow.
