I've had the great opportunity to express myself with a new vocabulary, a new outlook, and a new understanding of my emotions as well as others! What was difficult in the past is becoming easier every day. In fact, today I feel great because I was able to diffuse some tensions created by simple misunderstandings at work!

I am so grateful for everything!
